Our Return Policy:

At Astrea, your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we work tirelessly towards that.

We will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us for a return label and a full refund; no paperwork needed. However, postage will not be refunded.

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives in them. To keeps things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Astrea is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery, at customercare@astreaskincare.com

Return Of Kits, Sets, Bundles Or Duos:

Kits, sets, bundles or duos are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces of the kit, set, bundle or duo are unopened and included in the return. Returns received that have not been discussed with Customer Care that are not in compliance with our Return Policies will not be processed by us and we will not be liable for refund or exchange for any such items.

If You Received An Order With Broken Items, Missing Items, Or Your Package Is Missing:

Please contact Customer Care at customercare@astreaskincare.com, as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 3 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

Cancellation Policy


Orders once placed through astreaskincare.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds for cancelled orders will be made once an order has been successfully placed through astreaskincare.com

SHIPPING POLICY

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Astrea takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Astrea is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Limitation of Liability

We (Astrea, its founders, personnel, officers, agents and advisors) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including without limitation direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, resulting from our products whether based on warranty, contract, tort or in any other means or action.

We will only be responsible for refunds and exchanges in accordance with this Return, Shipping and Cancellation Policy, which may be subject to changes from time to time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If case of any dispute, the laws of the Republic of India will apply and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
